   AADI ANANT  based in Punjab in India has diversified businesses. We have played an important role in serving the nation and our customers . Under the leadership of our Promoter Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan. We have gained huge name due to best quality products and services.

The group company was started by Late Sh. Ramesh Chander Mahajan with just Rs.750/-, in 1964, as a small shop of electric motors and diesel generator sets. In 1971 company started diversification into industrial motors, diesel pumps sets and accessories and tied up with big corporate houses like Siemens Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. ,Larsen and Toubro Ltd. etc.

In 1988, Sh. Sanjeev Mahajan S/o Late. Sh. Ramesh Chander Mahajan joined the Company and in 1998 he started diversification in Telecom Industry (Spice Telecom Service), Water Purification Systems (Eureka Forbes Ltd.)and Sales and Distribution in SHARP Water Pumps in Punjab, Haryana, H.P., J & K States with dealer network of around 1500 Nos. in almost all cities.

In 1998, Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan got previlege as first person in District Gurdaspur who has started first Retail Showroom as well as First Distributorship of any Telecom Operator. In 2004 distribution of Reliance Communication Ltd. was started and record sales were done. Apart from services, company is also doing distribution of mobiles like Nokia, Samsung, etc.

In 2002 to 2005 Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan stood first all Over India in distribution of SHARP pumps. Sh. K.K. Ramaswamy, Chairman of Sharp Group and Sh. K.R. Parthiban, Managing Director of Sharp Group, the inventor of mini pump in India, honoured Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan at Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu). In this way the company is honoured at all India Level.

Company has also made huge sales in its own brands in Water Pumps, Batteries, Generators and Served the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir.

From 2006 to 2014 the franchisee of BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED (A GOVT. OF INDIA ENTERPRISES) BSNL was awarded to Mr. Sanjeev Mahajan to serve the area of Punjab.

From 2015 to 2018, Company increased its Business Network and done business in its described fields.

From 2007 to Present  further diversification in Real Estate was done and many new colonies have been built and colonized.

In 2019, M/s AADI ANANT SOLAR entered in Solar business .
